Products and Services

We sell vehicle-specific electronic products, including but not limited to Android radios, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto systems, dash cameras, wiring harnesses, adapters, cameras, frames, and related installation accessories.

Some products are special order, vehicle-specific, electronic, or custom-fit items. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for their vehicle before purchasing.

We may request additional information before processing or shipping an order, including:

• Vehicle year, make, model, and trim
• Photos of the dashboard
• Photos of the factory radio
• Information about factory amplifier systems
• Information about factory backup cameras
• Any other information needed to confirm compatibility

If the customer does not provide the requested information, the order may be delayed or cancelled at our discretion.

Vehicle Compatibility

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product compatibility information. However, vehicle trim levels, factory options, wiring, factory amplifiers, camera systems, regional models, and previous modifications may affect compatibility.

Compatibility is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by us before the order is shipped.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete vehicle information. We are not responsible for fitment or compatibility issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or missing vehicle information.

Orders

By placing an order, you agree that:

• You have reviewed the product description
• You have checked compatibility to the best of your ability
• You understand that many products are vehicle-specific and final sale
• You understand that special order items may require additional processing time
• You understand that product appearance, packaging, wiring, and included accessories may vary slightly depending on vehicle configuration and supplier availability

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory issues, compatibility concerns, shipping restrictions, or incomplete customer information.

Pricing and Availability

Prices are listed in CAD, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices, product availability, descriptions, images, and specifications at any time without notice.

We do our best to keep product information accurate, but errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order before fulfillment.

Payment

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We may use third-party payment processors to process transactions securely.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that is flagged as high risk, suspicious, fraudulent, or unverifiable.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Some products may ship in multiple packages, especially vehicle-specific radio kits where the frame, harness, and radio may ship separately.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Customs
• Duties or taxes
• Weather
• Incorrect address information
• Remote delivery locations
• Supplier delays
• Border inspection
• Missed deliveries
• Customer failure to respond to information requests

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

The customer is responsible for any applicable duties, import fees, brokerage fees, tariffs, customs charges, taxes, or other government-related fees that may apply to the order.

These charges may apply to orders shipped within Canada or outside of Canada, depending on the product, supplier, shipping method, destination, and applicable laws or carrier requirements.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, these fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost charged at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, additional costs, or delivery issues caused by customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, carrier fees, or government requirements.

Final Sale, Returns, and Refunds

All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, wrong item ordered, installation difficulty, incorrect vehicle information, opened products, used products, modified products, or buyer error.

Refunds are only considered if the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect and the issue is not caused by physical damage, incorrect installation, improper wiring, misuse, software modification, third-party modification, vehicle wiring issues, or customer error.

Defective Product Claims

If you believe a product is defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Email].

You may be required to provide:

• Order number
• Vehicle year, make, model, and trim
• Photos of the product
• Photos of packaging
• Photos or videos showing the issue
• Photos of installation wiring and connections
• Troubleshooting details
• Any other information we reasonably request

Do not ship any item back without written approval from us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, refunded, or guaranteed to be returned.

After inspection, we may offer troubleshooting, repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Installation

Unless installation is specifically purchased from us, products are sold as parts only.

Installation should be completed by a qualified person familiar with automotive electronics, wiring, fuses, factory amplifier systems, CAN bus systems, camera systems, and dashboard disassembly.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect installation
• Vehicle damage
• Electrical damage
• Blown fuses
• Short circuits
• Damaged wiring
• Damaged clips or panels
• Loss of factory features
• Labour costs
• Diagnostic costs
• Removal or reinstallation costs
• Third-party installer charges
• Time lost due to installation issues

Any installation advice, wiring guidance, or troubleshooting support provided by us is for general assistance only and does not make us responsible for the final installation or outcome.

Product Use and Limitations

Customers are responsible for using products safely and legally.

Certain features, including video playback, apps, screen mirroring, or other functions, should not be used while driving if they distract the driver or violate local laws.

We are not responsible for accidents, tickets, fines, vehicle damage, injury, misuse, or illegal use of any product purchased from us.

Software, Apps, and Third-Party Services

Some products may include or support third-party apps, software, navigation, Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, wireless CarPlay apps, or other services.

We do not control third-party apps or services and are not responsible for their availability, updates, performance, compatibility, login issues, or future changes.

Software appearance, app availability, interface design, and features may change over time.

We are not responsible for issues caused by software modifications, rooting, flashing, app installation, system updates, or unauthorized changes made by the customer or a third party.

Product Images and Descriptions

Product images are for general reference only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance, packaging, wiring, connectors, labels, interface, accessories, or included parts.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions, photos, specifications, or compatibility notes are error-free.

Warranty

Any warranty offered will be stated on the product page or invoice.

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

• Physical damage
• Water damage
• Heat damage
• Impact damage
• Misuse
• Improper installation
• Modified wiring
• Cut wires
• Broken plugs
• Bent pins
• Damaged connectors
• Software modification
• Third-party repairs
• Vehicle electrical issues
• Damage caused by incorrect power, ground, speaker, amplifier, camera, or CAN bus wiring

Warranty applies only to the product itself and does not cover labour, installation, diagnostics, removal, reinstallation, vehicle damage, or third-party fees.

Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing from us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle information
• Review product details before ordering
• Confirm compatibility when requested
• Provide photos or information if needed
• Use a qualified installer when necessary
• Follow all installation and safety instructions
• Contact us before attempting unauthorized returns
• Avoid modifying, damaging, or misusing the product

Prohibited Use

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing a false or abusive chargeback may result in cancellation of support, refusal of future orders, and submission of evidence to the payment processor, including order records, tracking, communication history, policy acceptance, and product information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost time, vehicle damage, labour costs, installation costs, diagnostic fees, loss of use, or third-party charges.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount paid for the product itself.

Indemnification
